Thanks to Nick for hosting everyone last night-it was a good league night, and despite the freezing cold, we still managed a decent turnout. The season is almost in the books, with just one more week to solidify things before playoffs on March 8 at Adam’s.

Thanks to everyone who made it out this week! It’s been a busy week for TOPL, with Adam taking over as president, and the announcement that we’ll be giving away a pinball machine to a league member at the end of 2015. There’s still pinball to be played though, and despite the cold, we’re still playing week after week.

As the only person to come forward to fill the vacant position (as detailed here), Adam Becker will now take over as TOPL president, and we will not need to hold an election. Thanks to Adam for volunteering his time again-we’re all looking forward to seeing what you bring to this new role.
Thanks to Glen for hosting everyone this week, and for shifting his work schedule so he could still host. Also, thanks to everyone who offered to host at the last minute when it looked like Glen wouldn’t be able to take the week-it’s definitely appreciated. We had a smaller crowd than usual this week because of the weather, but we still had 14 people make the drive in the snow to play pinball. Fortunately, everything had been pretty much cleaned up by the evening, so things weren’t too bad. We had a great time with some of the top games from the Bally/Williams era.
